Volunteer Business Checking
Volunteer Business Checking is a non-interest bearing account designed for businesses that process fewer than 250 items per month (a charge of 25 cents applies to each item over 250 processed per month). You can open an account with a deposit of $100 and if you maintain a minimum balance of $2,000, we will waive the maintenance fee of $12 per statement cycle. You also have a choice of a $20 credit toward Business Checks OR a Free "For Deposit Only" endorsement stamp. You also have the option to receive a free business Check card.
Commercial Analysis Checking
Designed for large businesses, this checking account maximizes your money by offsetting monthly analysis and transaction fees with earnings credits. You can open a VSB Large Business Checking account with a $100 deposit and the monthly maintenance fee is just $15. Transaction charges are set at a low .15 cents per paid and deposited item. A free business Check card gives you easy access to your money. We also offer an NSF check recovery service.
Premium Market Business
Want to earn interest on your business cash? Our Premium Market Business account has tiered interest rates, so the higher your balance, the more money you earn. Open an account with a minimum $2,500 deposit and receive your first order of personalized checks free. Transactions are limited to six transfers per four-week period. Excessive transaction withdrawals are subject to a $10 fee per item and there is a $15 fee per statement cycle if balance drops below $5,000.
Interest on Lawyers Trust Checking
The VSB IOLTA is an interest-bearing account designed for lawyers who hold funds on behalf of a client, provided either the deposits are modest or will be held for a short period of time. Although interest on an individual IOLTA account may be small, the pooled interest of all IOLTA accounts in the state provides a significant source of funding for legal aid and pro bono programs. The minimum opening deposit is $100 and a monthly $5 maintenance fee will be deducted from interest paid to the account. If the interest is less than $5, the service charge will equal the amount of interest.
